Il biglietto è stato acquistato qualche ora prima dell’ingresso e questo non ha consentito di ricevere in tempo il link per scaricare l’audio-guida, dovendo quindi spendere ulteriore denaro per comprare quella ufficiale del museo. Devo dire però, che dopo un primo momento di sconforto per l’accaduto, ho avuto il piacere di constatare che il servizio clienti è subito a disposizione e si rende immediatamente disponibile a risolvere il problema. Dopo circa 5 giorni ho ricevuto il rimborso per l’audio-guida che non ho avuto possibilità di utilizzare. Tutto è bene quel che finisce bene!”

“I purchased ticket yesterday (20 Feb) for the same day. The app mentioned that I can buy ticket till 6 pm. I bought the ticket with audio tour. The company did not issue the ticket. We went to the meeting point where the girls directed us to download an app that gives a map of the museum, you then can use your headphones and listen to the audioguide at your own pace. Except, there are only a few select pieces that there is info on and some rooms don’t have any pieces that have info at all. It has been since I was a child since I’ve been to a museum, so this is on me, but the museum has pamphlets with the floor map and audioguides they provide on site that gives you information on almost…”

In the beginning, we had difficulty navigating to the next stop. On more than one occasion, we had to pause the recording and retrace our steps. We got better at navigation as time went on. The third floor of the museum is closed and this audio guide does not reflect this fact.”
