“Fortunately, I set this up ahead of my trip. Most reliable way to travel from airport to my hotel in Madrid! I don’t speak Spanish and he didn’t speak much English. Importantly, language was no barrier because everything was set up ahead of time. The big problem I discovered as I arrived? Had trouble with my cell phone. It didn’t connect with the internet! I wouldn’t have been able to Uber. It was so nice that the driver was waiting for me as I’d collected my luggage!”
