Frustrating and I could not reach out to them to complain to remove the charge. the tour was supposed to be Nov 9 and my credit card charge still exists. No one can help either.”

She also did a superior job gently herding us around, through, and over! She referred to us as “family”. She even showed us things “not in the brochure” by taking us on a street parallel to the main one in Segovia. It allowed us to see the beautiful hillside and miss all the people! “Our tour was on Sunday March 31. We were 10 persons in our family group. I can’t remember her name. Is unbelievable this women guide was not helpful at all. Very rude, and not polite at all. No touch. We ask her to call a taxi to go up to the Royal Alcazar in Segovia since is on a hill and her answer was no . We were 5 people that need it a taxi. It didn’t take that much to request it.
