“The best thing I can say about this tour is the great communication with the tour company. However, our flight was delayed and they would not just wait for us. I let the company know about our flight delay. First they would only wait 30 minutes, then after I requested longer, it was extended to one hour. In the end it was still not enough time, and they would not allow me to rebook for another time. If I already paid, why couldn’t they just wait until we could get there. I would only book if you know you will not have any change of plans.”
